| Venues The main GMSC MX track is Kopua - also known as Bartletts. This track is based on natural terrain, with quite a lot of modification done to form jumps and berms. The track is located on the main road south of Gisborne Approximately 25km from town. Keys can be purchased for access to the track. These Keys cost $50, + a $10 key bond for a Year from the start of May to the end of April This will give you access to the track all year round, except for on any day 1 day before a race meeting at that track, or when the track has been closed- which will be noted on the website & QPhone. Keys can be leased for the year from Karl Schwass at Total Parts - 34 Banks Street near Smash Palace in the industrial subdivision If the track advertised as closed, you must not ride it. Doing so could potentially cost us the use of the land. Stick To The Track! - we have permission to use the track, but not the whole paddock or farm. It is your responsibility to check the website and or Qphone to see if the track it closed BEFORE you ride. If you have a key from a previous year, please return it for your $10 bond back. |
